Vidpop for Instagram: carousels, captions and auto-posting from your iPhone

Updated

Instagram rewards accounts that post every week, and most small businesses stop after a month. Vidpop keeps yours going. It designs three carousels a week in the tall 1080x1350 size, writes the captions and posts them to your account at the time on your calendar.

What you need on Instagram

  • A Business or Creator account. Instagram does not let any app post to a personal account. Switching is free and takes a few taps.
  • A public account. Instagram makes professional accounts public.
  • Our guide has the current steps: how to switch to an Instagram business account.

What Vidpop posts to Instagram

  • Carousels from Autopilot. Three a week, 5 to 7 slides each, with a caption. See Autopilot.
  • Single posts you ask for. Describe a post with Create with AI and get an image post or a carousel.
  • UGC video ads on Pro. A vertical video with an AI presenter, up to 30 seconds. See UGC video ads.
