A Predis.ai alternative that plans your carousels and posts them
Updated
Predis.ai is a capable content maker. Type a prompt and it gives you images, carousels or short videos, and it can schedule them to your accounts. What it asks of you is a plan: you decide what to make, and every image and slide spends credits. Vidpop works the other way round. It learns your business, plans three carousels a week, designs them, writes the captions and posts them. This page compares the two on what they cost and how much of the week they cover.
What is Predis.ai?
Predis.ai is an AI tool for making social media posts and ads. It runs in the browser at app.predis.ai, with apps for iPhone and Android. It makes images, carousels, story posts and videos, writes captions and hashtags, and schedules posts to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and X.
Its pricing page, checked in September 2026, lists three plans. Core is $32 a month billed monthly, or $24 a month billed yearly ($288), with 1,300 credits, one brand and 10 social accounts. Rise is $79 a month, or $55 a month billed yearly ($664), with 3,200 credits, up to 4 brands and 20 accounts. Enterprise+ is $249 a month, or $212 a month billed yearly.
Credits pay for everything you generate. The pricing FAQ lists 15 credits per image or social post and 15 credits per slide of a multi-slide post. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial that needs a card, and payments after that are non-refundable.
Why people look for a Predis.ai alternative
- Credits run out on carousels. At 15 credits a slide, one 7-slide carousel uses 105 credits. Remakes and edits use credits too.
- No Auto Posting on Core. The entry plan says "No Auto Posting". Auto Posting, where Predis drafts posts every day for you to review, starts on Rise at $79 a month billed monthly.
- You still plan the week. On Core, Predis makes what you ask for. Deciding what to ask for is still your job.
- Payments are non-refundable after the 3-day trial, and the trial needs a card up front.
- Many features you may not use. Competitor analysis runs, meme makers, blog-to-video and e-commerce tools add up to a big dashboard for an owner who wants three good posts a week.

What Vidpop does differently
Vidpop's starting point is your business, not a prompt. Give it your website, your App Store page, or answers to six short questions with a few photos. It works out what you sell and who it is for.
Autopilot then plans three carousels every week and designs each one: 5 to 7 slides at 1080x1350, in formats such as tips, myth vs fact, steps, FAQ and before-and-after. Each comes with a caption. Post for Me publishes them to Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn on schedule. Three carousels a week are part of every plan, so you are not doing slide maths.
You keep control. Turn on "Ask me first" to approve each post, re-make any carousel, undo to the earlier version, edit captions, and leave notes that steer next week. You can keep or pass on post ideas and ask for more like one you liked.
For anything outside the plan, Create with AI turns a description into a caption, an image post or a carousel. Pro adds a weekly UGC video ad with an AI presenter, which you can post to TikTok.
Who Vidpop is for
Vidpop fits the business owner who wants posts to appear every week without planning them. You run things from an iPhone, you want designed carousels on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and you would rather review a finished week than write prompts.
Pricing is simple: a weekly or monthly price, with three carousels a week included on both plans. Starter starts with a 3-day free trial.
Before you switch, know the limits. Vidpop is iPhone only, with no Android or web app. Carousels are in English for now. And it posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok, so Pinterest and X stay with whatever tool you use today.
